  The small village of La Croix Valmer is located in the heart of the gulf of Saint Tropez and is 13km south of Saint Tropez. Vestiges of different peoples who have populated this rich land from Roman times to present day are still visible in the landscape and achitecture. With its sandy beaches and natural beauty it is a rustic, coastal paradise.

  Day 1: Nice - La Croix Valmer

  Take a chauffeur driven transfer from Nice to St Tropez today. The transfer should take approximately one hour and 45 minutes. (Supplement will be charged for transfers between 8pm and 7am).

  Upon arrival at your villa, you will be shown around the property by our local Representative who will make sure that you are comfortable knowing how everything works, be given friendly advice on where you may like to dine locally and a contact number in case you need to call them throughout your villa stay. 

  After being shown around your villa, settle in and become familiar with your home away from home. Unpack at leisure and perhaps stroll out to the beach - a stone's throw from your villa which has direct access to the water, and take your first dip into the ocean.

  Consider having dinner prepared and served to you in your villa this evening by a chef. Your food preferences can be taken into consideration and the chef will take full advantage of fresh, local produce to make a wonderful meal for you.

  The beautiful 4 bedroom Cote Mer villa is a new build that has been built to the highest of standards and benefits from direct access to the sea at La Plage du Vergeron.  The villa is part of a secure domain with an entry code. From here, a driveway leads down to the property with large parking area and garage. The villa has an alarm system. The ground floor rooms at the front of the villa open to a very pretty garden with lawns, olive trees and various plants, and a gate opens from here to the path along the shore. The swimming pool (10 x 5m), is secured by the latest technology alarm system and can be heated on request. The terraces are furnished with comfortable sofas, and a vine-covered pergola to the side of the house, outside the kitchen, has an outdoor dining area. The tastefully decorated interiors have tiled floors, white exposed beamed ceilings, and modern furnishings in soft, neutral colors. The spacious living room with fireplace has large doors opening to the sun terrace. There is a large plasma flat screen TV with satellite channels, stereo music system and WIFI high speed internet access. The property has air conditioning and all rooms face the garden and pool.

  Day 2: La Croix Valmer

  The villa has direct access to the sea at the beach "La plage du Vergeron". From your villa, the beachfront restaurants at Gigaro can be reached by foot along the beachfront, or a short car drive. The beaches at Pampelonne are 10 kms away, and the centre of St Tropez, 13 kms.

  The layout of the ground floor of the villa is as follows; There is an entrance hall with cloakroom which leads to steps down to the living room with large glass doors, opening to a terrace, garden and pool. The living area opens to a dining room with a round glass-top dining table, opening to a terrace with an outdoor dining area open-plan kitchen, equipped with American fridge freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster. Stairs lead down from the rear of the kitchen to a laundry room and there is also access to the garage. A hallway on the other side of the living room leads to: Double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (with basin and WC), and doors to the garden. Another Double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, basin and WC), is also on this floor and the room has doors which lead to the garden.

  The layout of the first floor of the villa is as follows; Master bedroom (twin/double bed) with dressing room and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower, double basin, WC), TV, and a view of the sea through the trees, and from a small terrace. The lower floor has access from outside as well as from an internal staircase. There is a Twin/double bedroom, on this lower floor which opens out to the garden and has an en-suite bathroom (bath, basin and WC). There is also a living room with a TV.

  Relax on property this afternoon - perhaps lounging by the pool, or on one of the terraces.

• Day 3: St. Tropez - La Croix Valmer

  An obligatory maid service 4 hours daily, 5 days per week, is imposed at this property and should be paid by you locally.

  The Cote Mer Villa is located 1.5 km from
  Gigaro, 3 km from  La Croix Valmer an 10km from Pampelonne beaches. St Tropez is only 13 kms away.

  Transfer using a local taxi. Please note that this is not included in trip price and is payable locally.

  An option today is to enjoy a half day (5hr) private excursion exploring St Tropez and seeing some of the private villas of the stars who have villas in the area! Saint Tropez was formally both a Greek and Roman village, and here you will have the opportunity to take a shared (1hr - 1.5hr) cruise on the gulf of Saint Tropez. It is a beautiful cruise around St.Tropez and the millionaire's bay where you will be told about the history of Saint-Tropez, with the old fortifications, the Citadelle, La Ponch and La Glaye beaches. The commentary is accentuated on the houses of celebrities, the prices of the yachts and all the gossip of Saint-Tropez. You will sail very close to the coast which is very nice for taking photos and videos. 

  Set on the lovely blue water of the Bay of Saint-Tropez, the town of St Tropez is a modern version of a medieval town and is most popular for the line of yachts along the quay, and the facing line of terrace cafés. The town is dedicated to Art, Culture and Tradition and you will no doubt enjoy exploring the colorful alleys, the Provençal market where you will find all the local products which have made the reputation of the village, the XVIth Century Citadel, and the famous Annonciade Museum.

• • Fresh Fruit on Farmers Market

  Day 4: La Croix Valmer

  Consider spending the morning in the company of a local chef at one of the nearby food markets and engage with the vendors choosing some of the best and freshest of ingredients before returning to your villa for a private hands-on cooking demonstration.

  Enjoy the fruits of your labor this morning and sit down to a great lunch!

  You may like to think of having a babysitting service this evening and head out to dinner for some "alone" time together.  There are lots of great places to choose from. If you feel like going to somewhere within walking distance, you can simply stroll up the beach to nearby Gigaro and check out the number of beachside restaurants. Alternatively, St Tropez with its many trendy restaurants is a mere 13 km away and a quick taxi ride from your villa.

• Day 5: La Croix Valmer

  Consider having your kids spend a few hours in the company of an Art Teacher who will come to the villa today and keep them occupied as they try their hand at painting. The mature garden of the villa or the adjacent beach may prove the perfect backdrop for some artistic inspiration (and give parents some relaxation time!).

  Consider taking the night off dinner duty and having dinner prepared and served to you in your villa this evening by a chef.

  Day 6: La Croix Valmer

  Why not consider making your way to Pamplona beach this afternoon for a change of scenery. The beach is just 10 km away from the villa. (Please let your Sales Advisor know if you would like return transportation organized for you).

• Day 7: La Croix Valmer

  A security deposit of 1,200 euros per weekly rental of this proerpty is required.

  Our local representative will come by your villa before your departure this morning and do a walk around of the property to access any potential damage. Should there be no damage to the property (either evidenced during the inspection or directly afterwards, your security deposit will be returned to you in due course.

• Day 8: St. Tropez

  Take a chauffeur driven transfer from St Tropez to Nice airport today for your onward travel. The transfer should take approximately one hour and 45 minutes.

  • Your deposit is due immediately on booking (40% of program price - Deposit amount may be more during festival times). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. We accept payment via credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order.
  • Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
  • Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
  • Cancellations 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund less any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. Villa rental, non-refundable airfare, cruise, or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of deposit. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
