Once you are in Vienna, Schonnbrunn tour is an absolute must. Explore Austria and follow the life of Mozart by enjoying a concert at the Mozart Residence, where the famous composer used to perform concerts.
Continue your tour in Salzburg, also known as "Mozart Town" where you will receive insight into the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque aspects of the city as Mozart saw it. Itinerary

  • Austria

Austria is a landlocked country in Central Europe. The origins of Austria date back to the ninth century, however, it was in the 14th and 15th centuries when the Habsburg empire became one of the continent's most powerful. The country expanded to include portions of modern day Hungary, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Yugoslavia and Italy. The empire declined and was ultimately broken apart after WWI. The country was annexed by Germany, but regained its independence in 1955. Austria is a largely mountainous country due to its location in the Alps. The biggest area are the Austrian Alps, which constitute 62% of Austria's total area. The capital is the city of Vienna on the Danube River. It is home to many famous composers; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Joseph Haydn, Franz Schubert, Anton Bruckner, Johann Strauss, Sr. & Jr., Gustav Mahler, Arnold Schoenberg, Anton Webern and Alban Berg. Eighteenth and nineteenth century composers were drawn to the city due to the patronage of the Habsburgs, and made Vienna the European capital of classical music.

  • Salzburg

Salzburg is the fourth-largest city in Austria and the capital of the federal state of Salzburg. It's "Old Town" with its world famous baroque architecture is one of the best-preserved city centres in the German-speaking world, and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. The city is noted for its Alpine setting. It is the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the setting for parts of the musical and film The Sound of Music, which features famous landmarks in Austria, but focuses mainly on Salzburg.

  • Vienna

Vienna is situated in the northeast with the Danube River running through the northern suburbs of the city. The Ringstrasse forms the boundary of the elegant First District, with its fine architecture, shops and hotel.  The Hapsburgs who ruled the country for six centuries resided in the Hofburg where the Kaiser-Apartments (Imperial Apartments) and the Crown Jewels are now open to the public. The Spanish Riding School in the Hofburg where the famous white Lipizzaner stallions perform finely executed dressage manoeuvres to Viennese classical music is very popular with tourists. Schloss Schönbrunn, can be compared with Versailles; its landscaped park is also home to the world’s oldest zoo. There are more than 50 museums open to the public, including the Natural History Museum, the Austrian Museum of Applied Arts, the Museum of the 20th Century, the Museum of Modern Art, the Museums quarter, the Künstlerhaus, the Clock and Watch Museum and the Technology Museum.

    Testimonials

"We had a great trip and have lots of wonderful memories and pictures. Highlights were certainly the birthday party Bien arranged for us on the Mekong Delta, (out of this world), the Kung-Fu demonstration Tan organized for us in Hue, the elephant rides through the gates of Angkor Wat that Rith arranged. (Our elelphant driver played a leaf flute while we walked along the jungle and the monkeys were swinging in the trees. The kids couldn't get enough of it.) It really was superb. Thank you so much for all of your help and assistance with all of our questions and last minute changes. We really appreciated it and the individual attention you gave to us all."
